We provide general commercial real estate services to both purchasing and selling clients. Our clients are retail developers, land developers, home builders, real estate investors, farmers, and end users of all types. We specialize in commercial properties only and thus, do not deal with residential property unless it has commercial, development, or investment potential. (ie. multi-family properties.)

The Culpeper brokerage is managed by the team of Tomarie and Tom Boyd, who have been active in the greater Culpeper real estate market for a combined total of over 25 years. Mrs. Boyd is the managing broker and Mr. Boyd focuses exclusively on the cultivation and serving of clients, both large and small.

Our agency has established itself as the  "go to" organization and deep knowledge repository for all commercial interests in the Culpeper service area which includes surrounding counties. We also have strategic alliances with regional brokerages that allow for a full service presence in the area.
